What was the highlight of Element by Westin West Bay Doha

Great stay.

Room is cozy and The room is clean, everything you need is available. The pool is a bit small but still manageable specially if it is not peak season/days. There js a sauna/steam that you can enjoy any time.

All the staff are friendly except I think for 1 in the reception which i found a little stress during that day. Before coming early in the hotel about 1:30pm, i have send a message in the application if we can come between 1-2pm and received a message that it was updated. As per the lady in the reception/lobby “updated” does mean it was confirmed. We waited until 2:30-2:30 and she even stressed me out that it is actually still early since normal check in is 3:00pm.

Overall, the experience was pleasant.

Our experience at the hotel was quite pleasant. From the moment we checked in, the staff greeted us warmly and ensured our needs were met throughout our stay. The comfortable accommodations made for a truly enjoyable experience overall.

The housekeeping service explained that the property was fully occupied, using it as their reason for the delay.

The location and the apartment, everything was good. As voor the ones who rated this property bad!!!! I don’t know what happened on their stay. I was afraid because of their rates, but nothing what they wrote was true except for the pool(but it was good enough for the kid’s, they had fun).

Amazing place to stay to have a relaxing holiday with welcoming staff

The hotel was located in a nice quiet area, not too far away from the city centre - a walkable distance - and the staff were so lovely. The night we arrived, we met with Sameer at the reception who checked us in and really set the mood for our stay. It was a nice welcoming environment.

I wish they had a drier available in the apartments so that we could dry our clothes as soon as we washed them using the machine. Thankfully, the weather in Doha was nice and warm and dried our clothes really quickly.

Amazing Stay at element west bay

We booked the hotel well in advance. And any question we had we messaged them. We got very helpful replies. Breakfast was good too. One manager named sameer I think, was very pleasant and a lovely guy. He sent a birthday cake to my room for my daughters birthday surprising all of us as it was her birthday during our holiday. That was a special moment and felt so happy that in qatar you get that.

Very comfortable stay in a perfect location

Great location — just 10 minutes walking to the beach. There’s a shopping center nearby and many restaurants and bars within walking distance. Very convenient for everything. Great staff that arranged earlier check in and late check out!

Overall great hotel for a family and great location

Staff were great, hotel was nice, room size was perfect, always clean and tidy. Clean and modern look to it. Great location to get to all the main attractions.

Early check in was requested online which they said they could do for 12 but we didn’t get in until 12:30. I asked about options to pay for the room (as we arrived at the hotel at 7am) but I was told no rooms were available. I do not believe this was true, as it is off season and the hotel did not look busy at all. I feel like no efforts were made, even considering I was 6 months pregnant with a 1.5 year old toddler. We waited in the lobby for 5+hours after a 8 hour night flight. Also my checkout time was 5am so I missed breakfast anyways for the last day, they still did not honour any of this which was rather surprising- I have always had good experiences with checks in outs with all the other hotels I have visited.

Super hotel , nothing to say... they upgraded my reservation from a studio with bedroom to another with 2 big bed rooms .. very good experience

The clilat is little cold , we wanted to make the studio a little bit hotter but it was impossible , may be i didnt know how to.. however a great hotel
